Release Hold form

You can access the Release Hold form from the Actions menu in the Holds/Perms tab.

The Release Hold form enables you to release the selected hold for the target entity such as unit, vessel visit, train visit, bill of lading, or an order (booking, EDO, or ELO).

The form displays the following details for the selected hold:

• Type

• Name

• Description

• Guardian entity

• Guarded entity

• Reference ID must be unique or not

• Reference ID is required

If a reference ID:

• Is not required for the selected hold, click OK to release the hold.

• Is required for the selected hold, you must enter a reference ID in the Reference ID field and click OK.
